Part of our mission at Diverse Gem Care is helping people of different backgrounds to have fair and equal access to the NDIS so its benefits can positively influence your life. If you face cultural or language barriers or any other obstacles to disability supports, let us help you with our support coordination service. We help you understand your plan and coordinate a range of supports through our strong network of NDIS providers and community organisations. Start your journey to a better life with us!

The first step is to understand your goals
Then, we connect you to the high quality supports available to you in your community that meet your goals and are within your budget. We provide ongoing support, such as helping to resolve complex issues with your supports and can work with your Plan Manager to get the most value out of your NDIS funding.
